GeoffBAKERDied peacefully at St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey on Friday 20 May 2016, aged 88. He was a GP in Englefield Green for 35 years. He leaves behind his wife Margaret, his 4 children, Mike, Wendy, Tim and Penny and his 8 grandchildren. The service will be at Woking Crematorium on Friday 17 June at 11.45am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Traditional black not necessary.
